The hotel had a great location, close to the beach and with many pools to choose from. the food was also delicious, and they had a lot of variety. the best part was the evening entertainment, which was very enjoyable.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. We had a problem checking in and the receptionist was extremely rude to us.

Cleanliness, location on the beach, hotel facilities, staff. This hotel is an excellent vacation spot. The location on the beach is breathtaking and the hotel facilities are exceptional. The cleanliness is highly impressive as well. The staff members were friendly and professional and always willing to assist me. Breakfast had everything one could ask for, and the dining area was beautiful. The parking and transportation was also convenient. Crab restaurant was delightful, and I had a great time at the open sea.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious five-star hotel and it was an incredible experience. the exclusive amenities provided were top-notch, including the Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool and the beach access. the service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to fulfil our needs. the massage and beauty treatments were just what we needed to feel rejuvenated and relaxed. the Turkish bath was a nice touch, as were the sun terrace and garden area.

While the live shows were enjoyable, we found that the night club was quite noisy and disruptive.

The hotel location is perfect for a New Year's celebration, close to the beach and with amazing pools. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of dishes available. The New Year's Eve party was impressive, with live music and a fantastic fireworks show to celebrate the occasion.

Some issues affected our stay. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and some of them didn't even speak English.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort and couldn't be happier with our experience. the Italian restaurant and the main restaurant had delicious food with plenty of variety. the beach, just a short walk away, was stunning and provided great water activities. Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We especially enjoyed the waterslides and spa facilities. the resort was well-maintained and offered great facilities for all ages.

The English TV channel selection was limited.
